CHELSEA NEPAL GIRLS DEFEATED BARCELONA NEPAL GIRLS

chelseanepal

We played Barcelona Nepal girls today and came out with flying colours. Here is a small report to the game that was played in BG Brothers, Pepsicola.

Sometimes, scoreline might sound harsh, but here, it sounded just perfect when Chelsea Nepal Ladies put half a dozen past the net, when we played ladies from Barcelona Nepal in a friendly today morning (August 16, 2014). Getting back from a narrow defeat off the hands of Liverpool Nepal ladies, ladies in Blue bounced back in style to put that defeat way past them. We looked to be in complete control of the game throughout the futsal match that lasted for about an hour. It was hard to single out a player as we played a good game as a team, but our lady at front Matina was exceptional at front scoring 5 in the process. Sulakshana hit the other one and always looked as threat at front. Asmita who was standing in front of the post for first time did not have much to do and dealt well with couple of saves. Pragya and Urusha looked solid at back and kept Barcelona ladies from creating any chance, while Kripa, Dipti, Nilam and Pramisha all played their best during the match.

Leading 4-1 on half time, we added 2 more in second, missing half a dozen more in the process. After missing out narrowly against Liverpool ladies earlier in the year, it was a much needed victory to get confidence of our ladies back on track. Chelsea Nepal congratulates all the players and thanks all the supporters who made their presence felt with being vocal at times. We look forward to more of the events and victories in coming days. Keep Supporting Us.

Chelsea Nepal Ladies Players

Asmita, Dipti, Divya, Dixya, Kripa, Kripa II, Matina, Nilam, Nikita, Pragya, Pramisha, Sulakshana, Urusha.

Up The Chels!
